Direct Primary Care Membership
Your monthly membership fee includes:
Unlimited visits—in-person or virtual, at your convenience
30 or 60 minute appointments
Concierge-level communication and direct access to your doctor
Preventive health and wellness care
Diagnosis and management of most medical conditions
Common office procedures
Coordination with specialists or hospitals when needed
House calls (on Cape Cod only) for patients who are medically unable to come in, but need to be seen in person

Adult (age 18+) $250.00 / month
Child (0-17) without parent $150.00 / month

One-time registration fee $200.00 / person
COUPLES AND FAMILIES
Couples $400.00 / month
Child (0-17) with parent $100.00 / month
Each additional child $75.00 / month
One-time registration fee $200 / person, max: $500.00 / family
