VISION: THE LOTUS SYMBOL
The lotus was chosen for its association with rebirth and regeneration: the flower grows up out of the mud and blossoms. Primary care, and healthcare in general, has been increasingly “muddied” by third parties inserting themselves between patients and caregivers. I worked for many years to understand, navigate, and improve this system from within, but it has only continued to become more unsustainable. Eventually, I adopted the growing Direct Primary Care model with the vision of truly allowing person-centered primary health care to “blossom” on Cape Cod.

Matthew Libby, DO, FAAFP
Family Physician, Owner
Dr. Libby has been living and practicing on Cape Cod since 2015, caring for people of all ages and backgrounds. He strives to understand each person as an individual, meet them where they are, and help guide them toward achieving their own health goals in a way that is safe, realistic, and sustainable. Utilizing both holistic and conventional medical perspectives, he provides primary and preventive care, manages chronic conditions, and performs office procedures such as skin biopsies and joint injections. As an Osteopathic physician, Dr. Libby can incorporate Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment for patients who are interested.
