Seasonal memberships may be extended at their equivalent monthly rate, and renewed each year as capacity allows.
Seasonal memberships may also be converted to year-round Direct Primary Care memberships. As long as membership remains continuous without gaps, then the DPC registration fee is waived.

Comprehensive Health Assessment

Includes:
60-minute initial visit to get to know your health history and goals
Pre-visit forms are provided, to make the most of your time
Ordering and interpretation* of individualized testing, including (all optional):
Cholesterol
Heart disease risk
Diabetes, pre-diabetes, insulin resistance
Cancer screenings
Bone health
Infectious diseases
Inflammation and auto-immune disorders
Anemia or other blood disorders
Vitamin levels
Liver and kidney function
Any additional lab, imaging, or other testing that may be indicated based on your history, symptoms, or health goals
One 30-minute follow-up visit to review results
Additional visits, communications, or other services require enrollment in a Lotus Primary Care membership plan, or are billed at $400/hr
Option to enroll in any Lotus Primary Care membership plan within 12 months and receive a $200 account credit
*The lab or organization performing the test bills for this separately. Many tests can be billed to your insurance if desired. Labs tests are optionally available at member-only rates through Lotus Primary Care
Osteopathic Treatment
$175 /visit
Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment, (“OMT”) is a modality of hands-on diagnosis and treatment performed by osteopathic physicians, using a variety of different techniques
